Payments & Insurance.
We are an "In Network" (PPO) provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois.
If you would like us to bill your insurance company (BCBSIL), there are a few things that need to be addressed before services can begin:
- 1. Please contact your insurance company and ask for details regarding the AMOUNT, TYPE and DURATION of speech therapy services that are covered under your plan.
- 2. Obtain a prescription from your pediatrician for speech and language evaluation and/or therapy. This is necessary for your insurance to cover the services.
- 3. Bring your insurance card with you on your first visit. We will need to keep a copy of the card on file for billing purposes.
If you do not have Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois but instead have another insurance provider, we would be happy to provide you with a Super Bill. A Super Bill is a receipt that contains all of the necessary information that your insurance provider would need in order for you to file a claim for reimbursement from them.
If you are paying for services out of pocket, we accept cash, checks and credit cards.
